Experiences Living Near I5?

I am considering moving in a few months, and am taking some preliminary looks at apartments.

One apartment is relatively close to where my friend lives, and I am somewhat interested. However, it is featured immediately beside I5, and I have heard the statistics of living beside interstates.

I was just looking to hear the experiences of people living beside I5. Is the noise manageable? Any air quality reports?

I know that it’s hard to disentangle this from the quality of the apartment buildings themselves, but I looking for some anecdata.
