Experiences with Little Dog Rescue?

I’m trying to adopt a pup to add to my family and have been struggling in Vancouver, BC. I noticed Seattle has a LOT more rescues and have been reaching out to some that are willing to let Canadians adopt. I came across Little Dog Rescue and I’m wondering if anyone has had first hand experience? I’m just interested in if anyone knows where they rescue their dogs as they have a lot of cute puppies and in Canada this is extremely rare to come across and I don’t want to accidentally support an unethical organization.
