Important Parts of My Conversations with EZ Refund Problems & Contradictions
🔴 They said: ✔️ “You were fully refunded a few days ago.” ✔️ “It will take 5-7 days to post back to your credit card.”
🔴 The issue? ✔️ If it hasn’t posted, it’s not fully refunded. ✔️ They are deliberately giving conflicting information to make it seem resolved when it isn’t.
Their Final Response: Contradictions & Intimidation
🔴 They told me: ✔️ “Do not contact my company ever again.” ✔️ “You could do us the favor and send back the bonuses we sent you.”
🔴 The issue? ✔️ If they need something from me, they can’t also block communication. ✔️ The “bonus items” were also delivered incorrectly to the mailroom. Now they expect me to fix their mistake?
📢 Why I’m Posting This: I was completely clear about delivery instructions, but they ignored them, blamed me, and made the refund process way harder than necessary. Instead of fixing the problem, they just sent excuses and conflicting informati
