Fabric/craft store alternatives to Joann’s?

With most of the stores closing, including the Ballard location, and the company possibly being sold/liquidated entirely… what other affordable fabric stores are there for general/apparel sewing in Seattle? I am not interested in Quilting stores or expensive boutique stores.

Is Pacific Fabrics the best bet?

Michaels in Interbay does not have much fabric stock and I’m far away from any of the Hobby Lobbys.

ETA: primarily looking for apparel fabric, not quilting cotton, not novelty fleece, not upholstery
