Festivals, Events, and Outdoors activities? ( my first spring in Bellevue )

As winter is coming to a close where can I find resources for upcoming festivals or events around Bellevue? I am also a big outdoors person so any resources on hiking groups I also am a HUGE foodie so any wineries, breweries, or food related street fairs are always a plus. Thanks
