First Thursday / open studios

Hi! I am visiting Seattle after many years away. Is there anything on first Thursday (or other days) like the old Shoe Building or another space near the viaduct (name forgotten) that has a bunch of artist studios? The galleries are lovely but not the vibe I’m seeking.
