Five minute walk to bus stops (green) vs plans to add new housing (brown/orange) around Seattle

I made an interactive map where you can see the city’s current plans to add housing capacity around “Frequent Transit Corridors.” You can select the types of transit routes to include using the dropdown menus at the top. The top map shows 2-minute and 5-minute walksheds to the selected bus stops, and the bottom map shows the latest rezone plan: beige is Neighborhood Residential (the least dense residential zone), brown is multifamily zoning (mainly lowrise apartments), and orange is Neighborhood Commercial.
