Flat sandy beach for dog to run on

My dog’s probably in her final weeks and she always loved running around on the big, flat, sandy beach on the coast near Ocean Shores.

Any ideas of where we could find a beach like that without having to drive all the way to the coast? She’s small, so it’s really gotta be sandy without rocks to trip on.
