hello everyone 🙂 i will be heading to seattle wa next month for a concert (staying for 3 days); it will be my partner and i’s first time travelling to the US by ourselves. as canadian citizens, we are interested in knowing how the climate on the border is? we have heard that washington is kind of a hub for immigration agents who are looking (and allowed) to thoroughly scrutinize any type of traveller. as canadians, do we have anything to worry about, is the political climate really that bad? for some context, we are black-canadians, both citizens, in mid 20s. other than passports, are there any docs that we should pack with us?
