Found a couple needles/syringes. How do I dispose of them?

Ripping out the English Ivy above and along the retaining wall and found a couple. I assume they don’t go in the trash nor count as yard waste. I try to be a good neighbor and Seattleite, so if there’s some kinda needle drop box I don’t mind driving to it.
