Found dog

This shiba was running all over the street almost getting hit by cars, it’s too scared and I couldn’t catch him, he ran into someone’s yard at 943 19th Ave E in Cap Hill, I closed the door so it wouldn’t run off again. I left a note to call me when they see it so i can help catch it with a leash. Unfortunately animal control refused to come since it’s not on a leash and is on private property. It was really stressed out.
