Found this guy on the Lower Queen Anne side Seattle center, near the exhibition hall. Looks to be a neutered male. Very sweet, seemed to be trying to trying to get somewhere warm last night. Found wearing an Airtag with serial number HGJNF6QDP0̷GV, which isn’t in Lost Mode, so I can’t see the owner’s phone number. Collar doesn’t have a phone number elsewhere.
