Location Info:
– <10mins walk from the link station, transit center
– <5mins mins walk from Safeway / HMart
– <10mins walk from all Amazon Bellevue offices
Base rent is less than $2.3K and the lease has about 8 months left.
Can leave you my furniture at no additional cost (queen bed, mattress, table with 2 chairs).
