Just learned that Optum (previously the poly clinic) is owned by United Health Group. I will not be supporting United and wanted to alert anyone else who despises the company.
I’ve been using Amazon care and I can get appointments within hours, the bloodwork lab was a breeze. Not rooting for bezos either but it took months to see my pcp through optum.
