I completed my knowledge test at a DOL-approved testing location. However, when I try to apply for the Instruction Permit online by filling out all the required details, I receive an error at the end stating: “Unable to complete the request. Please visit a nearby DOL.”
Is it possible to walk in to a DOL office to get the Instruction Permit just like people do to get a state ID? I’m asking because there are no available appointments anytime soon.
