Going to Leavenworth for first time in 10 years. Places to go? Avoid?

Only two days, two adults, staying at Post. Figure we will do breakfast at hotel, but curious about best lunch and dinner spots, as well as activities (alpine roller coaster worth it?). Fine if food/activities are not strictly on theme for the place. Thanks much.
