Happy hours to give Asian parents an impression of a good deal

So my parents live in the heart of Bellevue but almost never eat at restaurants in the area because “it’s too expensive”. Im visiting for the week and was wondering if there are any good happy hours (especially involving apps or oysters) within the downtown area they could walk to.
