Has anyone dealt with Netvision or Comcast digging on their property?

I received the attached notice from Netvision about installing underground cable in the public right-of-way adjacent to my property. However, the notice also says that work may be performed on private property and that the homeowner is responsible for notifying them about private water, sewer, drainage, sprinkler, septic and electrical lines.

The letter doesn’t show the proposed route, where they plan to dig or bore, whether any work will actually be on my private property, or what easement gives them access.

We also don’t know the verified locations of all the older private lines on the property.

Has anyone nearby received one of these notices or dealt with this contractor?
