Has anyone found a good GI doc that seriously worked through potential treatments for IBS with them?

I’m desperate here. Dismissive doctors telling me to retry things I’ve already tried four times, deciding that I haven’t gotten worse, I’ve just developed 12 different allergies overnight that perfectly mimic my IBS symptoms, etc…

If anyone has a doctor that will actually take IBS seriously and work to improve it with me, please share!

Bonus points if they specialize in IBS caused by long COVID.

I’m actually located in Bellevue but willing to bus as far as it takes to find a doctor that takes it seriously.
