help me find this PNW ice cream flavor…

Help me find this ice cream flavor. It was a pint and I’m pretty sure it was a PNW ice cream brand – it definitely was not one of the big national brands like Ben and Jerry’s, Häagen Daz, etc. I’ve been craving it but I can’t find it in stores or online. It was chocolate ice cream (NOT vanilla) with chocolate chips and mint flavoring. The mint may have been more on the peppermint side.
