I was heading home from work this morning on I-5 at about 04:10 when I was passed by a red minivan with no plates being chased by 8-10 squad cars with full lights and sirens. I was going about 70, so they must’ve been doing 80 or 90. Didn’t get a good look at the squad cars, but at least the first 3 weren’t white, so probably not WSP. Anyone know what’s up?
