Hey everyone! We are looking for participants for an upcoming onsite study in Bellevue.

The goal of this study is to test new package locker technology to ensure it’s usable and accessible for everyone—specifically focusing on physical accessibility for people who use mobility aids or have limb differences/amputations.

📝 The Task

You’ll spend about one hour interacting with an Amazon package locker (simulating pickups and returns) and then fill out a brief questionnaire about your experience.

💰 Compensation

• Pay: $125 USD
• Methods: PayPal, Gift Card, Check, or Wire Transfer.

🔍 Who We Are Looking For?

You might be a great fit if you:

• Are 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US.
• Are a current Amazon customer.
• Have made an online return (Amazon or elsewhere) in the last 3–6 months.
• Are fluent in English.
• Special Interest: We have specific sessions for participants who exclusively use a wheelchair and can independently complete a return.
