Hit and Run in University District

Around 6:15pm today (Aug 16) I witnessed a woman hit a car parked on the side of the street in University District. We were driving at the time so I don’t know the extent of the damage or the vehicle make/model, but I saw the side mirror of the car shatter & spray into the air. I have a picture of the car license plate that hit it & the location of the car hit. If anyone knows someone who had a vehicle hit around there please forward this information along.
