Hit on the head on Cap Hill Broadway/ E John Street

Hey all, just a warning that there are four kids on LimBikess on Broadway right now, coming up behind people and slapping them on the back of the head. I was walking on Broadway, and one of them came up and smacked my head and drove off. Made a report, but don’t expect anything from it. Just warning y’all. Stay safe out there.
