Hobby shop that sells miniature-making supplies?

Anyone know of any local shops where you can buy parts to make miniature houses etc?

My friend is visiting this week and makes stuff like this. She lives in Hawaii where they have to get all her supplies shipped in and is hoping to find a place to shop in person. I searched the archives and mostly found stuff about RPG miniatures.

Wasn’t sure if this was an askseattle thing since I kind of want to know the answer too and figure the reccs are a good local resource.
