A few of us balloonists had this wild idea (I’ve wanted to do this for the last 5 years): what if we brought six giant hot air balloons to the Space Needle and lit them up like lanterns? So that’s exactly what’s happening. They’ll inflate at 9pm this Sunday—right on the lawn of the International Fountain. It’s totally free. There will probably be a pretty massive amount of people…Just something we wanted to do for the Seattle community to kick off summer!
