How are the T&T-adjacent businesses doing?

I’m thinking of Jing Jing Market, Regent Bakery, and Tofu 101 in Factoria, and maybe S-Mart in Newport Hills as well, all of which have similar products to T&T. How have these businesses fared since the opening of our new Canadian overlord?
