How can I get an abandoned vehicle towed by the city? Creative ideas please!

I’ve posted a report of this abandoned vehicle three times on seattle’s find it fix it. Once the meter maid came by a few months ago. The vehicle has been there 4-5 months. It has up to date tabs and appears to be a large work van for a business no longer in business and the van is just rusting and molding. No one lives in it. I can not drag it into the street. I suspect it’s a neighbors old van they don’t want to park on their property. Creative ideas please! 🙏 thanks!
