How is anyone finding a job? What am I doing wrong?

My boyfriend and I moved to Seattle last October for his job, and figured I’d just find a job when we got here. I’ve been using indeed as my main source for job listings, and have had terrible luck. I’ve applied to nearly 600 indeed listings since we got here 10 months ago, and have heard back maybe 10 or 15 times. I’ve updated my resume countless times, I’ve applied for jobs in every industry I can think of that I’d qualify for, and I’ve really only been contacted back by insurance companies. So out of fear of never finding a job, I got licensed and took a job with an insurance company. Was fired after a month for being bad at sales. Ok, fair I guess. So I kept applying, and applying, and applying. Ive called every restaurant and cafe within 2 miles of my apartment, they’re either not hiring or have no idea if they’re hiring and tell me to look on indeed. I can’t even land an interview for a receptionist job, and I have 8 years of customer service experience in multiple industries (food service, retail, banking, etc.) I genuinely have no idea what I’m doing wrong. I’ve never had troubles getting a job until we moved here. I’m great at interviews, but the problem is I can’t even get an interview. Starting to feel like a complete loser, so any advice would be appreciated. Thank you
