I cannot take the stomping and running in the middle of the night anymore! I need advice on dealing with noise complaint.

I am dealing with a terrible housing situation where my up stairs neighbors constantly stomp and run all day and night long. I have filed a complaint with the leasing office and all the could offer was issuing a warning. The behavior has continued after the warning and it’s gotten to a point where I am mentally losing my sanity. I don’t know how to proceed and need help with what I should do next. At the moment, I do not have the option of moving and I am not financially able to just move. I am not able to get any sleep and am on the verge of tears at this point. I can’t take it anymore.
