I don’t know what tf I’m gonna do

I’m self employed and utilize the Washington healthcare exchange to get my health insurance. I checked the mail today and saw this letter. In 3 months my premium will be more than doubling in cost along with a $400 increase to my deductible. I feel so unbelievably demoralized by this.
