I got a parking ticket, went to pay it online – no record of it by searching ticket # or my license plate #. It’s been 11 days since I got the ticket. What do I do?

Title pretty much is the entirety of the post. I was going to request a mitigation hearing. All the info looks like it was filled out correctly on the ticket.

If it’s not in the system, though, I don’t want to send it in and then it magically appears in the system and I now have to pay the fee.

Wanted to know what I should do… thank you!
