I want to complain about how there is poop everywhere

there is poop all over the sidewalk, in medians, in planted garden beds. There is poop everywhere and i don’t like it. I think almost all of it is from dogs because I cannot imagine a human would like to take a shit in broad daylight in the middle of a well trafficked sidewalk. But I don’t know. I just want there not to be poop or the worry of stepping in poop. But it’s there all the time.
