I wish Bite of Seattle were what is sounds like: a place to grab bites of different kinds of food, instead of having to decide which deep fried food will consume your entire dinner budget.

I wish we had a food fair where only small portions are sold, all under $5 each, like the chaotic Night Market in Richmond, BC, where nothing comes with fries.
