I just saw a man (presents Latino, was wearing a backwards black hat) walked through Factoria Nordstrom Rack in handcuffs by three other men (presents White). I overheard their conversation and the handcuffed man was asked “What’s your name bro?” As he was being walked out? What is going on??? Was this an ICE kidnapping??
