If i could pick anything for SPD to enforce… it would be punishing gridlock

Weird pick, i know, but i am beyond frustrated by following the law while others take advantage and lock up intersections, making traffic worse for everyone. Driving in SLU has definitely degenerated with Amazon and Google RTOs…
