Truly breaks my heart that people are so selfish and cruel.

I don’t live in Seattle but I’ve always wanted to visit the statue as I have a personal connection to the story. I was wondering what the state of the investigation might be. Or if there was any talk about moving forward with a new statue or just leaving her ankles as is?

I still hope to bring a crane to Sadako one day, either way.
