Hi everyone!! Hope you’re doing great and taking care in this mugginess.
Just dropping in for a little advice: does anyone have experiences with inpatient psych in our surrounding area? I’ve seriously not been doing well and am pretty desperate to get some help.
I’ve been looking at Overlake, Harborview and Ballard Swedish because I’ve heard good things (and the Kaiser ER is literally right next to Overlake), but I’m not sure on cellphone policies, group therapy, general quality of care, etc!
