This doesn’t appear to be hospital specific, but more of a company-wide thing.
Over the last month, I have had 3 scheduled interviews with Swedish First Hill and Swedish Cherry Hill. All three times, the interviewer never showed up. They were all with three different individuals too. The first two happened on the same day 3 weeks ago with FH and CH. FH never followed up with me and cancelled the interview request after I emailed to get some information. Cherry Hill got back to me a week later, wanting to schedule another interview. I do so using their self-scheduling platform with the soonest available being two weeks out.
Well lo and behold, today arrives. I log into the meeting room 5 minutes early and wait. It’s now 2:30PM and no one has shown… again. My interview was at 2PM. I’ve sent an email and got the usual “sorry for the inconvenience. We will reach out with the hiring time to see what happened”. Just… like… 3 weeks ago…
What is their problem? 🙄 this is the most disrespectful hiring process I’ve EVER been through. Anybody else having this issue at all?
