Is there a Super Smash Bros community in Bellevue?

I moved here recently from CO where I was part of the local Super Smash Bros community. I was never anything special, but playing offline, joining tournaments, making friends; I’ve been missing it very much. Unfortunately, I can’t even play online because my internet is trash, and I don’t know anyone here who plays the game. I’m also having a hard time finding any reliable resources online.

Does anyone know if Bellevue has a Super Smash Bros community? If so, are there meetups? Where can I find this info online?
