Is there a way to sign up for maintenance alerts for local bridges similar to I-90 Snoqualmie Pass?

I wish I knew ahead of time before headed to the maintenance opening. I love that I-90 Snoqualmie Pass has SMS-based alerts to all planned and emergency closures. Can we do something similar for Seattle-area bridges? u/wsdot
