Hello Seattle folks. I know Kenji comes up a lot here and thought I’d offer a link to an interview I did with him that was just posted. He opens up about the breakup that he and alcohol recently went through. He talks sobriety, recovery, marijuana, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and the ubiquity of booze in the food universe. He gets pretty personal and deep and I thought you might want to hear all this.
We also briefly touch on Seattle teriyaki since he’s been posting about it on Instagram and I, a former Seattelite now in Minnesota, miss that messy ‘yaki pretty desperately.
