I’m sorry I wasn’t able to snap a pic, as they vanished by the time I got out of my car. There’s a large black Newfoundland dog with a bright orange collar running around unattended on Lake Washington Blvd right now, about a quarter mile south of Lake Park Dr. They’re not being aggressive or anything, I’m just worried about the baby getting hurt and animal control doesn’t open for two more hours. If this dog description rings a bell for you at all, I’d recommend starting your search in that area.
