Just watched a dude in his underwear fall onto North bound I-5…

Anybody else see this about 5:45pm today? Just before the entrance to the express lanes, saw a guy that looked like he was in his early 30’s fall onto the shoulder of the northbound mainline lanes… Looked like he hit pretty hard…I hope he’s ok!
