Lady Bug Guy?

So back in 2002ish I was visiting Seattle with a friend.

My recollection is we visited a house selling ladybugs. The guy was eating sardines from the can and gave my friend and I a tour of his home, which was covered in the bugs. He sold them in bags. So I have the worst memory ever so I am now doubting this as real since my friend who has a great memory says that never happened. Any insight?

Also randomly a man in a wheelchair with no legs stopped us late one night and screamed at us to visit Mardi Gras one day. I’ve been twice and, holy hell, he was right. Was something to witness back then. It was the most random encounter, he wheeled backwards down a hill and screamed at us to go and then wheeled off, but I followed his advice because if a guy with no legs tell you to do something, do it. Nothing to do with the lady bug guy, just wanted to share.
