Landlord charging for floor wear after 3 years – is this normal wear and tear?

I’m about to move out of my apartment after living here for about 3 years, and I noticed some wear on the flooring that I’m a bit concerned about.

There are some light scratches and a slightly dull-looking area on the floor (no cracks, no lifting, no deep damage – just surface wear). It’s mostly visible under certain lighting or from certain angles.

This seems like normal use to me (walking, chair movement, etc.), but I’ve heard some landlords try to charge for flooring damage, so I’m a bit worried.

Has anyone had a similar experience? Would this typically be considered normal wear and tear, or something they could charge for? Thanks in advance!
