Landlord goofed when serving me a rent increase notice what should I do?

I rent from an investment property company famously hated in Seattle. Last week I received a notice for my rent to increase in 6 months, but the details included are completely wrong. Without being too specific, my guess is that they mixed up their tenants and switched our details around. The math doesn’t make sense by the % increase, my current amount paid, or the math calculating the proposed new rent.

So I plan on not correcting their mistake for them but I am not sure if I have the legal right to continue paying my current rent in 6 months. On one hand I can deduce what they probably meant. If in 6 months what will happen? My research says that if I continue to pay my current rate, I can simply say, “I have not received a valid rent-increase notice compliant with RCW 59.18, so I will continue paying my current lawful rent.” and then if they press I can provide them the notice they gave me, but that feels a little bold. Would sincerely like to hear other opinions.
