Leaf blowers: if DC can do ban em, so can we.

I have a vendetta against these things. I had heard that only electric were legal in Seattle, but i swear i still hear the two strokes all the time.

I realize this might be a bit tone deaf in the context of the ICE crackdown. But hey, maybe there can be carveout for using them to melt ICE.
