I completed my knowledge test today at an approved testing location. I have a couple of questions:
- It seems like I need to complete an online application with the DOL to get my learner’s permit, but I’m having trouble locating where to do this. Could you please point me in the right direction?
- What’s the difference between a permit with a photo and one without?
- I usually carry my passport for identification purposes. Can I carry the instruction permit instead, similar to how a driver’s license or state ID is used?
