If your unleashed dog charges at me while jogging I’m kicking it in the face. I’ve been charged at thrice this week and bit twice in the last few years. Even if you think you can control your dog, you can’t. Most of my incidents have happened at Discovery Park but two dogs ran at me on the Ship Canal Trail today and one got my pant leg.
